WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

All mainland postcodes in Norway.

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

In Oslo city ((0001 to 1399) except: 0758,0890 and 0891) and surroundings (Asker, Bærum) delivery is free from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, the delivery charge is 80 NOK. We will write to you in advance to agree on delivery.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you place your order before 17:00, we offer next day delivery from Monday to Friday.

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DAY OF DELIVERY?

Yes, you only have to write it in the order note.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY?

If you aren´t at home to pick up your order, we will leave it next to your door and we will not be responsible for the risk involved unless you tell us a place of delivery.

WHERE’S MY ORDER?

Your delivery date will be in your order confirmation email. The dispatcher will send a text message with the approximate time of arrival to the mobile number provided.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR DATE?

If you need to change your delivery address or the date, please send us an email at info@spanskmatmarked.no and we will modify your order.

CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER TO VARIOUS ADDRESSES?

No, each delivery address must be treated as a separate order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you want to add another item or change the content of your order, please send us an email at info@spanskmatmarked.no

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Of course, you can cancel it, as long as it is not in the process of delivery.
Please note that payment must be made as soon as your order has been placed. Once we have confirmed the cancellation, the money will be refunded to you. This is normally done on the same day, however, it can take up to 3 working days during busy periods.

HOW CAN I RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS?
